Joan became a Realtor-Associate in 1986 and a Principal Broker in 1999 when she opened Country Roads Real Estate.  In 2008 Joan obtained a dual license so that she could also work with Win Morrison Realty. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, the Ulster County Board of Realtors, as well as several Multiple Listing Services, she is most familiar with the trends and opportunities in this region, and looks to serve her clients with the utmost of personal attention.
